What are the differences between packages?

 

Packages A/B:

Both do not include customization services and are based on our pre-designed sample concepts.

• Package A: Covers only half-body shots and close-up portraits.

• Package B: Includes full-body angles in addition to the above.
  Note: Final results may vary depending on the individual.

Package C:
The lighting and background must be selected from our existing sample concepts, but makeup and styling can be customized according to your features and preferences. This package has a low risk of unsatisfactory outcomes.

Package D:
You may choose any sample concept as a reference. Our team will create fully personalized settings and styling based on your preferences, guided by our aesthetic expertise and creative ability.

2. Are all raw photos included?
Currently, we only provide the number of raw photos specified in each package. Photo selection takes place immediately after the shoot. Additional raw photos are available at SGD 10 each, or all raw photos from the session can be purchased for SGD 100. There is no mandatory purchase—the choice is entirely yours. All pricing is transparent and upfront.

3. Can multiple sets be completed in one day?
We believe in quality over speed. Since our clients are mostly non-models, they often need time and guidance to feel comfortable in front of the camera. Therefore, our studio currently schedules only one session per day.
If you wish to book multiple sets, we will arrange additional shooting days. Clients booking multiple sets enjoy a 10% discount and are protected from future price increases.

4. How long does a shoot usually take?
Makeup typically requires about 2.5 hours of careful preparation. The actual photoshoot usually takes 1–2 hours, though this can vary by individual. We are not a production-line studio—we ensure every session is completed only when we are confident in the quality and quantity of shots, within the scope of our skill and aesthetic standards.
To ensure both output quality and flexibility for any unexpected situations, we generally allocate:

• Minimalist Makeup Portraits: 3 hours

• Indoor Themed Shoots: 4 hours

• Customized Portraits: 5 hours
