To safeguard the rights and interests of both parties, please carefully review and confirm the following terms and conditions:

1. Regarding Photography Style
- We exclusively undertake photography projects within our established areas of expertise. Clients are advised to confirm stylistic preferences prior to booking.
- Our studio provides attire in sizes S to L only. Clients are responsible for supplying any garments outside of these sizes or outside our available inventory.

2. Deposit Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable and shall remain valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of payment.
- One complimentary rescheduling is permitted. Any subsequent rescheduling will incur a fee of SGD50 per occurrence, except in cases arising from reasons attributable to the photographer.

 

3. Unsuitable Circumstances
This service may not be suitable for:

• Clients who insist on full control over makeup and styling and decline professional adjustments;

• Individuals with significant social anxiety or self-esteem concerns that may hinder relaxed and natural interaction;

• Those seeking highly retouched, stylized beauty imagery—we specialize in a more natural and authentic aesthetic;

• Clients expecting to be portrayed as idealized or “flawless,” as our emphasis lies on capturing personal uniqueness and atmospheric authenticity.

4. Shooting Guidelines
The final outcome is a collaborative result dependent upon the client’s expressiveness and the photographer’s direction. Unrealistic expectations may affect satisfaction with the delivered work.

 

5. Post-Production
Retouching is performed according to our aesthetic standards for initial edits. Any revision requests must be submitted comprehensively in a single instance.
Final images will be delivered within one (1) month.
Refunds are considered only in cases of objective technical deficiencies (e.g., blurring, overexposure, or underexposure). Dissatisfaction arising from subjective aesthetic preferences does not qualify for a refund.

 

6. Important Notes

• Should you have any concerns regarding styling, these must be raised during the makeup stage.

• Final images may be used for public display unless otherwise agreed. Clients must express any privacy preferences in advance.

• Photo download links will expire one (1) month after delivery. Expired links will not be reissued.
